As CMO I lead the marketing function including creative, design, digital, agencies and web to create holistic brand strategy and innovative activations. Leading global (hybrid) teams to deliver world class, data lead, high quality results.
Working directly with and aligning on strategy and priorities with the Executive Committee, Leadership Team and Supervisory Board.
Responsibilities include leading and growing the digital, analytics and social teams, owning multiple global agency relationships, launching and optimizing omni-channel brand marketing campaigns across web (paid, performance and owned), social, content marketing and ownership of global budgets.
Managing global teams to utilize gold standard design, data analytics and data visualization methods to transform content and complex data to create engaging, immersive and interactive digital experiences.
Responsible for 31 individuals across four teams with over $62 million in combined accounts. Key responsibilities included team management and development, improving team performance and hitting revenue targets.
My teams achieved exceptional results hitting 104.5% to targets. Recognized in the Top 5% of all staff nationally, awarded the "Circle of Excellence" prize and winner of Google incentive Award.
